Almond bread rolls

Ingredients:

10 cups of cake flour (plain flour) sifted
20g instant yeast
2 teaspoons of salt
5 teaspoons of cooking oil
700ml lukewarm water
1 cup almond nut
1 egg (for egg wash)

Method:

Put together all the dry ingredients (cake flour, instant yeast, almond nut and salt)
Mix it properly
Add the liquid ingredients (cooking oil and water)
Knead until you get a dough
Cover it and rest it at room temperature for at least 15min
Once it has proved, portion the dough into 80-100g rolls each
Egg wash the rolls and sprinkle them with almond nuts
Place the rolls on a greased baking tray
Put in in the oven, 160°C, for 25 minutes (or until it is cooked, check visually)
